Hi Guys,

 

Hope you are all well. There's a really nice article on the Daily Star's website saying that Celine is set to welcome the Spice Girls to Canada with a lavish party to celebrate the start of their reunion world tour. How sweet, although the cynic in me also thinks . . . excellent PR!!

This news was sent to my e-mail and its kinda strange news to me :blink: If it is true, then thats very great of Celine to throw a party for the Spice Girls. ^_^

She goes in Vancouver just to sing for rich people for Air Canada so why not.. All the eyes of the world will be in Vancouver sunday for the launching of the tour.. It would be cool! :D

Celine DionThe Spice Girls this weekend, according to The Star.

 

An insider (oh him again!) told the newspaper: “Celine is thrilled the Spice Girls have chosen her home country to kick of their tour… She is arranging a huge (Canadian themed) Soiree.”

 

The paper says Canadian flags, maple syrup, moose outfits and chocolate fountains will all feature at the bash.

 

The Spice Girls start their world tour on Sunday, we’ll bring you all the news from it on Monday.

And, it doesn't say where the party will be held. I assume it will be in Vegas tonight.

 

Wish I was there! :msn-tongue:

 

Vancouver is only a few hours by plane from Vegas.

Maybe while the party is in Vancouver, Celine will join in via satellite, and sing them "If I Could", dedicating the song to all of Victoria's children in the world.
