just found the news on a taiwan's site

it says that Celine has over 206million USD of fortune...(not sure if it's the right word)

and her mansion in Jupiter Island has 3.7 acre!! (oh my..) they began to build it this summer! and it will include 6 suite. Forbes magazine has name it the most expensive post code.....

by the way Celine's a neighbor of Tiger Wood!

Celine to build mansion fit for a superstar

 

She's the best selling female artist of all time, with a personal fortune estimated at GBP100 million.

 

So it's no surprise that no expense is being spared on the stunning beachfront mansion Canadian songbird Celine Dion is having built on one of the most exclusive islands in the world.

 

Its completion date is due to coincide with the end of her forthcoming year-long world tour, which takes in 85 cities in Europe, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Canada and North America.

 

The Taking Chances tour - to coincide with her new album - kicks off next February after the 39-year-old pop superstar's five-year stint at Las Vegas's Caesar's Palace finally comes to an end.

 

And when the world tour is over, Dion has said she'd like to settle down in her magnificent new home and add to her family.

 

Her new cross-shaped mega-mansion on the ultra-exclusive Jupiter Island, on Florida's Atlantic coast, is being built just a stone's throw from golfer Tiger Woods' Pounds 30 million new home.

 

The 3.7 acre site - bearing what Forbes magazine calls "the most expensive post code in the world" - was flattened this summer and construction of the 9,800-square-foot, six-bedroom mansion is going full blast.

 

The stunning des-res will feature 40 windows on the first floor, bringing in sweeping ocean views.

 

And in a feature rarely seen in Florida, a large underground basement with space for four cars, a wine cellar, a staff office and enough closet space

 

to store every one of Quebec-born Dion's glamorous stage outfits will be thrown in.

 

Meanwhile, the pad will also come complete with a GBP500,000 guest house with four luxury suites, a GBP300,000 cabana on the beach, two Olympic-size pools and a master bedroom terrace with a spa.

 

Three motorcourts with a total 14 parking spots will be on hand for Dion and her manager husband Rene Angelil's fleet of vehicles.

 

The couple's Montreal-based company, Renlec, snapped up the desirable spot for a mere GBP6 million two years ago.

 

Another Pounds two million is being spent building the homes of Dion's dreams.

 

The couple fell in love with the island during a spell living there in the late 1990s and have spoken of their desire to raise their six-year-old son, Rene-Charles, in the idyllic setting.

 

Dion has said that once the tour is complete, she and Angelil plan to settle into their new home and try for another child.

 

"We'd love that," said Dion, who underwent in vitro fertilization to conceive Rene-Charles and still has embryos stored in a New York clinic.

 

"We'll rest a little bit and hopefully we can be parents again."

 

She said her son has already indicated his preference for a girl.

 

"I think he's hoping more for a little sister and I always say to him: a healthy child is the most important thing," she said.

 

According to Forbes magazine, Dion raked in Pounds 20 million last year and in 2005 her Sin City gig - which has seen her play to three million people - was the third highest-grossing "tour," making GBP40 million in ticket sales for 155 shows.

 

With approaching 200 million career sales worldwide, 968 Platinum Awards, six Grammys and two Academy Awards, the singer is the biggest selling female artist of all time.

 

Her hits include Where Does My Heart Beat Now, The Power of Love, Because You Loved Me, and her signature ballad, My Heart Will Go On, from the movie Titanic, which won an Oscar for best original song in 1997.

I don't like all this talk about money. Honestly, who cares?! Let her have the house of her dreams. She has worked hard and she knows that all the money in the world can't buy you happiness. She is down to earth and she deserves a nice and private place to raise her family.

Look at Celine's shopping sprees. She spends money in the six figures. She buys shoes in ever color possible. We're not talking about Macy's... we're talking about Manolo Blahniks and other shoes at $1000 each. In addition, she purchases haute couture dresses, which are custom-fit, ranging from $5,000 to $50,000 each. Their Maybach stretch sedan is over $500,000. They have a fleet of Rolls-Royce's, Bentley's and Ferrari's. She and Rene are the biggest VIP clients of Louis Vuitton in Las Vegas. They have stakes in many private ventures. They have a richly diverse portfolio of investments. Celine and Rene both have stakes in the Harrahs enterprise. What we know is that their wealth will continue to grow. RC is very fortunate.
