Hi

I noticed that on the song Eyes on me , there are a part at 2.30 min who is different between Album version and DVD studio session.

I extract this part from the DVD and I added it to the Album version.

The result is 2 new version i made ( hear at 2.30 min and tell me what do u think ).

i noticed that to.. and to be honest. there were some parts on the demo that i liked a lot better.. and also on suprise suprise,.. when she says "god i'm so sorry, i'm just so sorry, what can i say" she says "what can i say" different then the demo.. and i love the demo version. there's a couple other lines. but i can't remember

and every live performance will be different... isn't it wonderful what kind of difference some little notes do to a song?

It's good, that the fans won't be able to pick the version that's published on the album let's say the truth, we all would need a

 

triple-cd-dvd-special-gold-platinum-edition

 

because we won't make a decision that's so hard to do...

I agree there are some parts about the album version I like better than the demo and vice versa.

 

I really liked the long shoooooooooow on the demo, the producer told her to do that, then she sang it again and it was a bit shorter, and now on the album version, they put back the line that they told her to take out in the demo to make the note longer. I don't get why they did that, the longer note would have been better.

 

I like the background music better in the album version than the demo. The album version sounds livelier.

thanks!! I also prefer some parts of the demo version but the thing is that the album version always has to be more simple so that she can do something different when singing the song live

FARIS!!! Thanks a lot! That's exactly what I wanted to hear!!! I loved the long note specially because she made a little vibrato kinda thing in the end! I like the long version, too but without the vibrato at the end.

What DVD are you talking about? Did I miss anything. Actually I was wondering if all those clips from the recording session that are on youtube, are they gonna be on a DVD or are they just internet releases for promotion. I love them. And I'd love to have them on DVD!

Is this an official version or just a fanmade?

 

 

I always thought that song had potential but for some reason, the song never... takes off. I don't know how to explain what I mean. But this version, fanmade or not, is pretty good. Gives the song more punch. A bit more oomph.
