Cheerfuljane Posted November 18, 2007 at 05:07 PM Posted November 18, 2007 at 05:07 PM The Montecasino Teatro only opened in May this year. It seats 1900Celine will be performing there on 29 February 2008Is it the smallest venue so far on the tour? The South African leg of the tour is very strange Johannesburg Coca-Cola Dome - Charity EventPretoria - Rugby Stadium (Capacity - over 50000)Durban - Rugby Stadium (Capacity - over 50000)Cape Town - A Wine Estate - Small VenuePort Elizabeth - Rugby Stadium - (Capacity - over 50000) Then Montecasino:Which I`m guessing Rene picked http://montecasino.tsogosun.co.za/live/con...hp?Item_ID=1944 PS: I have front row tickets to this one (My sister`s gonna KILL me - she`s getting married in Durban the next day) Quote
Bellamy Posted November 18, 2007 at 05:10 PM Posted November 18, 2007 at 05:10 PM No this is not the smallest.11-12 Monte Carlo Monaco Sporting Club would be the smallest. It only has few hundreds seats. BTW, how much you paid for your front ticket? Quote Please support the forum by ordering everything through our special Amazon.com link Click here. Thank you!
Cheerfuljane Posted November 18, 2007 at 05:18 PM Author Posted November 18, 2007 at 05:18 PM R1129 Don`t know what the $US exchange rate is right now but the British Pound is R13 = £1 I paid R3590 for my front row ticket for Durban Massive Difference.I would think that front row tickets for a more intimate venue would cost more My logic Quote
Cheerfuljane Posted November 18, 2007 at 05:28 PM Author Posted November 18, 2007 at 05:28 PM £1 = R13 One Bitish Pound equals thirteen South African Rands So I paid £170 for 2 front row tickets About $340 Quote

stevethefan Posted December 29, 2007 at 12:09 AM Posted December 29, 2007 at 12:09 AM Wow! 1900 seats! That seems like that would be the best place to see Celine since it's a smaller venue. Quote

I think that will be a real special show, although they ALL are.I think I will just have to settle for seeing her in one of the many North American "concrete cavern" type venues. Quote
