OK, Here is probably the best explaination you guys will get...

 

The Original video play around a young girl and her mother, her mother knows or seems to know whats going on but the girl is a fool or in love or something, the guy she's seeing sexually abuses her at a party or something (he pulls her jeans off and shes crying, thats about all you see) and also tries to set her up with some sort of prostitution (she gets in a car with an elder man after the boyfriend had cahs dealings with him... and he touches her leg, she flees), it ends up the girl comes home crying and I think she ends it, its kinda like a I told you so video for the mother were the daugther will only learn from her mistakes...

 

Anyway, Celine in all of this is actually not the victim, shes the neighbour in the street looking out her window and singing about whats going on... she is never in any of the scenes with the girl or her mother... as a matter of fact I THINK the girl was in an episode of 24 also...

Celine I think wears the same outfit the entire video, Cream pants with a white top... shes in bed a few times too...

 

The girl has Black long hair, the boyfriend has dark brown longish hair

 

And thats basically it!... the video was pulled because they didn't like the abuse thing, though it might damage Celine's career probably so they reshot with a different director!
