So, Im a new Team Celine member....well a couple months old and am going to buy tickets to her Halifax show but in the fine print for the team celine concert presales in other countries it says you pick up the tickets at the venue and need to bring all this stuff which is fine, but then it says bring your "Team celine card". I never received one?

You should have received one by now. Email them i Guess. Also, you can print out your account information and bring that instead of your TC card.

i recieved mine today, 2.5-3 weeks after joining

(nice card! with some pictures and a sml kind of pencil/makeupbag)

 

they said it can take up to 10 weeks. then if it hasnt arrived ater 10 weeks, contact them.

Can you describe how your membership card look like or post a pic??

 

I mean, I need a new card but I'd like to know if they got some new design for them or not?? Mine is 2 years old but I changed my name in the meanwhile.

it is silver basic. im sure you can get a new one,but i think it is 5 dollars.

Yes, I know I can get a new card but now I don't find it in the Boutique anymore... I only see the PDF file to print and send by regular mail which doesn't make me happy at all as I don't like sending my credit cards details per regular mail... the letters often get lost... :/

 

So the card is silver? Does it have small standing Celine pic in the middle?
