incognito Posted November 7, 2007 at 09:50 PM Posted November 7, 2007 at 09:50 PM Ugh! Hillary Rodham Clinton, the next President of the USA: a maniacal and cruel woman who will place America under a socialist regime. They'll go from one extreme (Bush) to another. She is power hungry, always has been. Just look at her record when she was First Lady. Her husband is a great and inspirational man. She is not the same as him yet people think that she is. Shame. But, anything is better than a Republican John Edwards baby!!!! Quote

If she was so power hungry she would have run for president as soon as Bill's turn was over. Anyone who runs for office that doesn't have a big desire to win shouldn't be running at all. I find her very inspirational and not cruel at all. All those mean images people have of her is something republicans have tried to install in peoples brains along time ago to make her look bad. Frankly, I don't buy into what a republican wants me to believe. Quote http://i188.photobucket.com/albums/z30/Sarahj21230/Celine%20and%20Josh/pinkroseCeline-1.jpg

Frankly, I don't buy into what a republican wants me to believe. Who says I can't vote. lol It says I'm from the UK but I could be as American as you. I'm not though, thankfully. But I'll be living and working there eventually so I'd like there to be a strong and stable nation for me to move to. Also, my nearest and dearest can vote and I'm planning on dictating exactly how they vote. She didn't try to run for office as soon as Bill came to the end of his stint because, firstly, she's calculating and knew she didn't stand a chance of winning; she was too much of a divisive figure, the Health Care controversy had created too much bad feeling towards her. She still is a divisive figure but now has more of a chance because everyone is so anti-Republican. The second reason why she didn't run right away was she had to prove herself as a leader. She needed that 2000 Senate win, badly. This is where Obama is coming up short. He doesn't have as much experience. And, although I favor him, it is also where Edwards is coming up short. He is a one-term man. Thirdly, back in 2000 Al Gore was Clinton's "heir-apparent". It was almost a given that he would be, as he says himself, "the next President of the United States". She never would have won the Democratic nomination in 2000. Good for you that you don't buy into Republican propaganda. Sadly, she isn't the woman that you think/want her to be. However, she is going to win. I'm sure of it. Nothing can be as bad as the past 8 years. Nothing. Except Rudy Giuliani. And of course she is inspirational. She's a woman and she is going to become, next year, the most powerful person on the planet. I'm all for female empowerment... my biggest idols are all strong and opinionated women... but... I loathe Hillary Clinton. And I want to sleep with her husband. Edited November 7, 2007 at 11:23 PM by incognito Quote
