Celine Vs Stressing producers

When I see our Celine working whith Corey Hart , and Kara I see she does not like them very much even when they produce very good tracks... I think she like more easy going producers, In fact the words she said at the start of "world to believe in" recording season was obviously about kara...

 

In fact, the right one to produce "Taking chances" was Kara, why didn`t she do it ???

 

I have seen that Celine is not putting more than needed into recording... for instance: alone and Taking chances are sung the exact same way than original tracks...

 

So she is just performing, and not putting anything of herself into her songs... Taking chances ??? not so much really.... I wish Celine could take more than a month to record an album, I hear other singers taking up to a year to do it....

I agree. Taking Chances really couldn't have been done any other way. But if you listen to both high notes in "what do you SAAAAAAAAYYYYYY"...at the end, it's MUCH stronger than the original.

i didn't like kara that much too,in the middle of the video, i think i heard celine said in a funny way"sometimes i love too hit her" . i think in the record session she was under a lot of pressure esp in the moment she was sitting she looked confused.

i love celine to go for more to i love to hear her own songs too i love her to write some of her song not all of them. and sometimes i love her to produce some of her songs, ilove some songs to be her own product totally and i don't like others put this much pressure on her .

Corey Hart opened for Celine on the Canadian leg of her Let's Talk About Love tour. So I'm sure she likes

him or she wouldn't have had him open her shows. He was really good by the way.

 

Yeah, I'd say David Foster is a stressed kinda producer. He's a perfectionist and he knows exactly what he can

get from the artists he is working with, that's why he pushes Celine so much. I think he's probably the most intense. I bet Phil Spector was pretty intense too but ahhh, we'll probably never hear those songs.

to me, Celine looked confused, like "wats the difference". It didn't look like she didn't like Kara.

If u watch the part again, she said "And I Like It" on how tough Kara is. and she even said "...I'm glad because great people like them, they do it then they give the best of them.. sometimes to me"

 

besides, if Celine didn't like her, she wouldn't have sung her song, i mean didn't they already worked on two songs earlier?

 

IMO, Surprise Surprise will be the surprise of the album. Celine's voice sounds amazing.

Yeah, but for some songs that isn't possible....

Totally agreed. "Taking Chances" is a great song all by itself without any modificationd. It might sound awkward if it were to have some changes in it. And "Alone" is such a well-known song already. If it was modified, a lot of criticism may have been shot at Celine - we don't want that.

Usually the people who spend years on albums do most of the work themselves. Like someone mentioned, Celine just has to sing.

 

I hope she doesn't start writing her own material. Just because a person can, it doesn't mean they should. She's got the best people in the world sending her material, there's no need for her to fill her album up with mediocre amateur song writing.

ALL GREAT songs by Kara...She's VERY Hard on Celine...but notice hoe great Celines voice sounds on all those tracks

 

IE The begining of "Right In front Of You" when Celine sings that weird Bridge Right Before the songs starts and she says Life it can chage your heart, put you in the dark.... the part before that is AMAZING go listen to it one of her best NOTES in my opinion....BY KARA
