But who cares, I think MTV has lost a lot of it's power lately, look what has happened to the raitings of the VMAs for example. I think they do cos MTV India (I don't know about the others) play Celine's videos. IDAN, You and I, JNVOP was played so much that for the time being even I found it really irritating About the reality shows... thank heavens MTV India doesn't have a lot of those reality shows... but they play a lot of Hindi music (Bollywood soundtracks, Indi-pop, other Indian artists' music) nowadays And VH1 India is no longer a part of the MTV networks. It was recently bought by SET INDIA network and they do play a lot of music and very little reality shows. And I even saw "A new day has come" and "I drove all night" both once. But MTV has gone downhill. When I was younger they played pretty good music. Now they hardly have music, only lame dating reality shows, countdowns and pretty much any video with half naked chicks and other rare exceptions. MTV used to stand for Music Television and VH1 was Video Hits 1NOW they RARELY show music videos and all about the "reality" TV that are totally scripted...About 10 years ago, I used to have my TV set to MTV all day long because they always played the best and newest music... but now it (and VH1) is filled with GARBAGE:The Hills - The Real World - Life of Ryan - My Super Sweet 16 - The Pick-Up Artist - Rock of Love just to name a few... Celine still gets played on VH1 and The Box and Magic and other music channels on sky. In fact, today Think Twice and All By Myself were on back to back on Magic and there was no Celine theme or anything. Don't worry, she'll be on with this sooperdooper 3 day in the making video. I remember when IDAN was on VH1. Pooped myself. One Heart was on The Box's Hotlist for a week and got played v often. Just wait for the Media Blitz.
