Of course you can always try but i guess there is always a lot of hectic before the concerts (knowing it from some other artists' shows) so even if you will be lucky enough to spot Céline somewhere, I don't think she'll have time for chat or autographes. You can only eventually sell the one you already have here to someone in the forum or on eBay or somewhere else but I know you can't return the ticket to the place/site where you bought it. I'm not sure about TeamCeline tickets, I suppose they may be available for general public only very shortly before the show (on the show day or maybe one day before). Maybe you can ask TeamCeline and if you are lucky, they will reply to you about it.
