I never listend to that album ( celine dion ) because it's very rare in my country

so I'm hoping if any one wanna help with that by putting the songs from it for me to download

I can say: we don't share official releases here - it's illegal.

 

I recommend you ot look for the album on eBay or Amazon if it's not available in your country - that's what I do when i can't buy something in my country.
