I know Humberto Gatica is super talented and that he is from Chile and related to the talented Lucho Gatica and i've heard that Celine will not record if he is not around. What is it that Mr.Gatica does to Celines recording that is soo special?

I have no complaints at all about it , I just want to know. How did they meet? Thru David Foster? How long have they been working together, since FIY? Give us some info, I think its kind of interesting to find out.
