I can't stop fast-forwarding to the twenty seconds of That's Just The Woman In Me. It's funny but that little bit makes me much more excited than the whole Taking Chances song. Great old school blues-rock. http://i1.tinypic.com/4qscepl.gif

Me too :giggle: Well, at least just as excited as the whole Taking Chances. But I do loooooove Taking Chances, I just think there are much stronger songs on the album that they could release as first singles...

Exactly! I JUST LOOOOOOOOOOVE when she does that with her voice! That was sooo powerful! And I love that effect in her voice, Drive. You really need to know how to sing to get that. AMAZING!

second: WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWWW... TC is un-be-lie-va-ble!!!! I just loove the last chorous with the mega scream, she can still do it - even better than ten years ago. I 'm so impressed - Celine amazes me every time!

She looks GREAT, so naturally Celine-like if that makes any sense. Wish she'd look like that on the cover even though she doesn't look that glamorous. I love her the way she is.

What does? My cap?? It is ok, just download with the realplayer button which says "save file". (wonderful button, the only reason to have realplayer I guess) :giggle:

That clip was flippin' amazing. I love Celine's quote at the end. She doesn't have to prove anything (except that she's still on fire after 25 years). I hope this album gives her the success she richly deserves.

I have to ask, since in the past few years we've been mentioning about the need for Celine to come out with singles that would be more radio friendly than the few singles that had been released when the Miracle album came out. So what do you all think? Since Taking Chances appears to be the first single, do you think this is the radio friendly single that we've all been waiting for, and that she's been needing to get back in the charts again? I think she sounds AWESOME, but you have to wonder how other people would feel. Will you get those people who are fans of Celine's usual sound and be completely turned off to this new sound, or do you think you'll get people who would be like "wow that's CELINE, HOLY SH*T!!! WOW SHE SOUNDS GREAT I WOULD NEVER HAVE THOUGHT" or people who will become new fans because they'll hear this crazy awesome song and think who's that new singer then realize it's Celine!

 

So again, what do you all think?????? I'm looking forward to hearing your opinions..... :D
