brasilero Posted July 10, 2007 at 04:51 PM Posted July 10, 2007 at 04:51 PM Americans are surprised to learn that guns are illegal in Canada unless you have a hunting rifle and even then you must hold a graduated license to keep it. it is very rare that you will see someone with a hand gun on his property. i like it, i dont like the "give me my guns or i will die" attitude that the americans have established in there constitution.now lets paralel that behaviour among canadians with that of liberals/ democrats. i think you will find the attitudes when it comesto gun control, abortion, stem cell research very similar to how the majority of canadians feel. my american freind once said that Canada is an extension of the blue states, who agrees with me.
