I know that Ricky is on a hunt for a singer for his duet in the upcoming album. I would so love to hear Ricky and Céline together in a song! I hope Ricky would go for the premiere. If they choose a Spanish-speaking singer, it has to be Luis Miguel. He's been the most popular singer in Latin America for the last 20 years. Even if he sings boring boleros, radio stations never refuse to play his songs. If Celine decided to record a duet with him, I'm sure she would become so popular here! In fact, he asked her to record a duet for his 1994 boleros collection "Segundo Romance". The song was "Somos Novios" ("It's Impossible," in English). I don't know if they recorded it and wasn't released or Celine said no because she would have to sing in Spanish. Had Celine done it, that would have been her breakthrough in Latin America. Alejandro Sanz would be another great choice. Alicia Keys recorded a Spanglish duet with him (she sings a few lines in Spanish too) and radio stations play it all day.
