Help: TeamCeline Tickets...Promotion has not yet begun?

Hi,

 

I just tried entering my membership id to buy tickets on ticketmaster.com for some TeamCeline tickets and when I click Look for tickets it says "Promotion has not yet begun". Does anyone have experience with this error? Please let me know. Or if you can try it out yourself right now with your results.

I've never heard of that.

 

I just checked it now for different dates and I don't have any problems.

I signed up on July 4th...the weird thing was when I checked before it said that password does not exist. Now it says the promotion has not begun. I am checking Sept. 26/27

I believe you have to wait 7 days before you can start using the membership to buy tickets.

I can verify that. I'm thinking it's somewhere between 7 days and 14 days.

Why do I have to wait 7 business days after I join TeamCeline to order tickets from the reserved TeamCeline seating?

This is an administrative period that allows Ticketmaster.com to update their system.
