My "missing" order has turned up. Well, in actual fact, the one I received 2 weeks ago was the "original" and the one received yesterday was the replacement

 

Now I've got to try and translate the French so that I can return one parcel

Seems more than fan get two copies from amazon.fr

Yes, I must, because I want to be able to contact them in the future if I have problems with any orders.

I definitely cancelled my order from Amazon.com and ordered it from Amazon.fr...it was just taking way too long!

I mean if they actually know you got 2 copies, or they just send 2 copies to you and still think you only get one.

Yes, they do know. They sent me a replacement order after the first one didn't arrive in the time-frame they said it would. The replacement was free of charge but in their e-mail they did say that if I eventually received both parcels they would be obliged if I'd return one of them Edited June 21, 2007 at 01:20 PM by WendyB

I had this huge delivery problem--which was UPS's fault, but Amazon refunded my shipping charges. So I really appreciated that. UPS treated me like I was trash, but Amazon seemed to really value me and want my future business--which they will absolutely have.

I also received the D'Elles CD and DVD pack yesterday from Amazon.com. I wasn't sure that I've ordered it or not, but I guess I did. Lol. I was glad when I got the regular CD on Monday. Getting the special edition was great surprise for me though. I was just icing on the cake.

I pre-ordered the digipack from Amazon, and every day it was "supposed" to ship, I got an e-mail saying it was delayed, first by days and then by weeks. On the day I cancelled my order, it said the item would ship in 4-7 weeks. So I bought the digipack on ebay for $29 and it arrived in 5 days. Long live eBay!

I ordered my copy of D'elles from Target.com through Amazon and it got delayed but it arrived today. I'm actually listening to it right now, and I love it. I think this is probably her best french album that she's released. Well it's become my favorite french album of hers anyway.

I ordered mine thru Amazon.com back in May b4 the cd was released and they kept

delaying the shipping date. The last email I got said they won't ship it until mid-July. So

I canceled and ordered it thru FYE.com and I got it yesterday. It got delayed thru them too

but I emailed them and they shipped it right out!

 

Now I finally have it and I love it love it!!!

After reading about everyone's horror stories, I ordered my regular version from amazon.ca 2 weeks ago and got it within 2 days. I have been listening to it ever since. Thank goodness I read about this, otherwise I would still be waiting to listen to this great CD!
