Vegas 13th till the 18th

im flying from glasgow in in the morning wed 13/06/2007

 

and was wondering if anyone wished to share there experiences with me just to get an idea of what i can expect celine means so much and im scared in case i expect to much of her at times tho i know she is for 12 years my idol and i would follow her to the ends of the earth and buy anything she relesed no matter how innapropriae or small....................so share with me your experiences pleaseeeeeeeeeee.xxxxx

I've been in Vegas two times.... and in the twice i've been really lucky ! I think all the dreams come true in Vegas, so you can hope everything ! Expect if you want to go to the restaurant with her, but otherwise everything is possible

Hi, Lee.

 

You will have an unforgettable time in Las Vegas. The show is truly amazing. I've only been once (unlike all the rich people on this forum!), but seeing the show has been imprinted in my memory, and will be there forevermore.

 

My dad came with me when I went in 2006, and he's no Celine fan. At the end of the show, when the credits were rolling down the screen, he turned to me and said, "That was fantastic!" He's told all his colleagues at work about the show - quite a few of them have been themselves, which surprised and annoyed me at the same time, as non-Celine fans had seen the show before I had! Even a number of my non-Celine fan friends from university had seen the show before me!

 

My heart was pounding as I walked into the Colosseum, all the way up until the lights dimmed, and the band played that chord which shattered the mirror. When the spotlight came on, and shone on Celine, my heart stopped. I never thought I'd go all the way to Las Vegas to see the show. I'd never seen her before, and I never even considered flying all the way out to Nevada - I just booked the holiday as a spur of the moment thing. I thought to myself, if I don't do it now, I never will.

 

But, lots of personal things had happened to me that I thought would put a stop to my plans of seeing her, right up until five days before I flew out. But eventually, there I was - sat inside the Colosseum - Celine ten feet infront of my eyes. I wanted to cry, I was so happy.

 

I always look at these people who scream and shout when they see Kylie, or Robbie - even though I would never scream and shout if Celine walked past me (actually, I probably would!), and I think, they don't even know who you are. But, reading other fans' accounts of meeting Celine has given me such respect for her. She's never in the news for her drug habits, or falling out of a limo wearing no knickers - she's a respectable lady, and this is who I was staring at, when she was singing infront of me.

 

You've seen her before, I think in a stadium, yer? Well, the Colosseum is so intimate, and if you're sat in the first few rows, it feels like a personal performance, and it will raise the hairs on your arms.

 

I really wish you a fantastic trip. I know you will enjoy the performance.

 

Make sure you take lots of photos! I think everyone here will like to see how you got on!

thankyou neil i so appreciate it im 27 years old now and i thought i would have grown out of celine along time ago ive loved her since i was 11 years old and well ive seen her so many times in arenas and stadiums.

ive been lucky to get the seats n the coliseum im in orch 2 row jj on the friday night and orch 2 row mm on the sat nite.

and well i know how i am at any celine show i cant hold my emotions i was just scared incase i had allowed my mind to expect to much .

 

maybe i thought she would notice me or ask me back stage or something....there see mind wandering again .

em i have her name tatooed on my arm i had it done when i was 16 and she just makes me want to live you know.....but im so greatfull to you and everyone who has replyed to me and given me there experiences i alway welcome new friends both on her and in team celine so please feel free to add me if you wish.

i always said i would wait and go in the final year i thought i would give both celine and the show time to evolve into an even better show than origonally planned .

 

and now im doing it it`s now 2.14 in the morning and i havent slept im not sure if it nerves or excitment or both and to anyone reading this who like me thought they would never get there trust me its not as expencive as you may think.

 

i belive that anything is possible if ou set your mind to it and also that we love truly ,deeply only once in a life time and celine tho she doesnt know it has that love from me more than a fan but not like a stalker .

 

she just makes me feel alive i guess that why when i was 16 i had her name tatooed on my left arm in the hope that 1 day she may see it and know how much she means to me .

 

its not just about collecting cd`s posters, books ,fragrences etc......its so much more and that why i enjoy the forum and team celine too because i know im among true dedicated fans who adore her as much as me..thankyou all so much for your replys and commens .xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
