Alanis Morissette "Not As We"

Alanis Morissette has presented a new song called "Not As We" during a live performance.

She's working with Guy Sigsworth (collaborator of Björk, Imogen Heap, Madonna, Josh Groban, Seal...) - the guy on piano in the video - for her upcoming album

Guy Sigsworth is also working in L.A. with Alanis Morissette for her upcoming record, this was confirmed as at a recent performance Morissette was accompanied by Sigsworth on piano on a new song "Not As We," and Morissette stated she and Sigsworth had been "sequestered in London and L.A. over the last few months writing a bevy of new songs."

I don't like it <_<

I've lowered my expectations for anything new she releases ever since URS

Hmm I like the melody... but you can't really judge just on this...

and I kinda agree with Adi... I think it's hard for an artist when your first album will always stay the best you ever made...

I really liked So Called Chaos. It was maybe more mainstream, but I think it was a good album.

I may say it's a pretty good song but I prefer her first albums.

I think since So called... the lyrics changed a lot

I like the song. It's soothing at times...

She really needs a solid album out. It's been a while since she's had BIG success.

I really like her voice...so unique. I wish her luck!! :thumbsup2:

Yes, she was in her I'm-in-love-and-I-write-sappy-music-now phase. Nonetheless, she is still a great live performer, even if the little angry b'tch pill phase is over.
