New Celine Parfum "Paris Nights" - in August 2007

I just recieved a letter from Coty Hungary. We had a contest here, the first 100 person, who bought Spring in Paris had the chance to get a Spring in Paris T-Shirt or a bag. And I just recieved the bag with the mail and they also sent a letter to thank my support and buying the parfum and it also says that they hope I like the parfume and they are happy to announce that the newest Celine Dion Parfume - Celine Paris by Night will be available in stores from August 2007.

 

I'm so happy for the bag! And I can't believe that we'll have a new parfum again, so soon.

Acqua di Gio is one of my favorite fragrances. An acquaintance of mine told me that he doesn't like it because it smells like spoiled eggs! :mdr: And after smelling it on myself and on other people continuously... I think he may be right!

 

Black Code is currently my most favorite from Armani.

 

and back to Celine:

If there were a Celine Dion Pour Homme, it won't sell. There are many reasons. Celine & MEN? It doesn't take a genius. Even Sean Combs doesn't do well with his "Unforgivable" which, personally, his cologne's smell is... truly unforgivable!

 

Also, Celine's perfumes do well in the lower to mid-priced market, whose customers are mostly women. The only men's cologne that does well in this market is the lower priced Stetson cologne, and I don't want to offend any Stetson users on here, so I'm going to say.... It's not my cup of tea!

 

When it comes to fragrance, there are only a handful of fragrances that will sell well. Most of these are in the upper-priced market, and geared towards main distribution to Macy's and up.

Well....I've been wearing AdG for some time now and a little a while ago someone walked passed me..also wearing it..

And boy did I dislike that smell!

 

A friend of mine went on a small roadtrip with me last week and he was showered in it. I had the same impression as you, Mathias! :mdr: He smelled like burnt breakfast! And since we were next to each other for several hours and I hate having the windshields open while driving fast...Boy am I glad that I have a sunroof! :laugh:

I hope it is something a little more spicy than spring in paris, which is very floral. I guess she kind of has one for men, when I was at the boutique there is one called momento, they say it's unisex, but when I tried to spray some on my husband he wouldn't let me he's more of a Armani kind of guy..lol! But I think it smells so good.

 

Btw, I love that bag, it is so cute. If you go to Jcpenney, they have a lot of different gifts that you can get when you buy a celine perfume. I bought Enchanting and I had the options of an umbrella, cd (the same they were giving with the first perfume), or a purple satin quilted makeup bag...i got the bag...you should check it out if you can
