TVA "D'Elles" TV Special, May 21, 2007

Hey i just comeback!!

Sorry i will not write a lot of details tonight because it's late.. But just at the begininng, Celine sang Caruso and it was soooo beautiful and so perfect.. Of course she sang this song because all the song of the Quebec special were in playback.. So i can say that in 12 years, i have hear 2 songs live of Celine LOL

She sang S'il n'en restait qu'une (with a lot of fire on stage, incredible!!), Immensité, La Diva, Berceuse, On s'est aimé a cause, Je cherche l'ombre, Femme comme chacune, Le temps qui compte (with a lot of rize falling from the sky, very beautiful!!)

All the songs are amazing, will be the best album of her career, sorry i can't be objective lol

We also hear snippet of all the songs of the album..

We also saw 1-2 min of River Deep Mountain High, the DVD will be amazing!! We also saw 2 bonus footage of the DVD, one in his car and it was the best funny thing i ever saw of her, a sketch of de 'Tete a claques', something very popular in Quebec.. Also saw Rene-Charles speaking to Celine before she left the house for a show..

The first outfit was something in the same style of S'il n'en restait qu'une music video, and the second one was like MHWGO in AND, and also the same hair as MHWGO!

 

Was so long (9 hours) so nobody couldn't have any autograph because she was leaving to take her plane to comeback in Vegas.. So sad because yesterday everybody could take pictures with Celine and autograph....

JP can you tell me something I don't really understand. Were the songs for the canadian special or both for the french and the canadian special? I mean, in the french special, will we have just SNRQ, Immensité and A cause or all the songs you told us? thanks

(8:30 a.m. GMT) Celine was in Montreal (Quebec-Canada) on May 11-12 to tape TWO TV-Specials dedicated to the issue of her upcoming album in French, "D'Elles": one for the French TV-network TF1 (taped on Friday) and one for the Quebecer TVA (taped last night).

 

During Friday's taping, Celine sang LIVE several songs with French singers: "L'hymne ŕ l'amour" with Maurane and Johnny Hollyday, another duet with Johnny Hollyday, "The show must go on" with Christophe Maé and David Hallyday, "My heart will go on" with Lââm and Amel Bent, 'Caroline' with McSolar and Nolween Leroy... and then she sang in playback 3 songs from D'Elles: Et S'il N'en Restait Qu'une, Ŕ Cause and Immensité. The taping finished around 2:30 a.m. and at the end Celine signed a lot of autographs for her fans.

 

 

During Saturday's taping, Celine sang LIVE the wonderful Italian song Caruso with Florent Pagny and TONS of new songs in playback: Et S'il N'en Restait Qu'une, Immensité, Je cherche L'ombre, Berceuse, La Diva, Le temps qui Compte, On s'est Aimé Ŕ Cause, Femme comme chacune and more clips from Lettre de Georges Sand, Si j'étais quelqu'un. They also showed few footages taken from the DVD of "A New Day... (which is scheduled to be released worldwide in 2007, according to celinedion.com): footages of River Deep Mountain High and more footages from 'behind-the-scenes' and A day in the life of Celine. The taping of this special lasted about 9 hours.

 

 

As announced, the Quebecer TV-Special will be broadcasted on Monday, May 21st at 8:00 p.m. ET on TVA. The French special will be broadcasted on Saturday, June 9th on TF1.

alright so the french special will be the better one for us - she'll sing more songs live evetho not her new ones

as for the canadian special - Caruso will be the only good thing worth downloading , for the rest of the songs - we can just buy the album

It alll sounds really exciting and especially if you consider that the TVA special will be her OWN i.e. she will not have millions of useless performers who steal her air time. I'm looking definitely far more forward to see the TVA special not only for Caruso but also for the fact that she surely answered many interesting questions that might have been lost in the storm of about every French star on the French special.

ANOTHER OUTFIT LIKE THE SNRQ VID OUTFIT????? As in the white one? My God- is that all she has in her wardrobe? To me it's the same as what she wears in AND and in Immensite vid. Put on an orange dress or summit Celine PLEASE!
