My copy of the "Next Plane Out" CD single doesn't contain the radio edit - I have it on the Australian "All By Myself" CD single. I assumed all copies were like this - I never looked that hard. But now I attach a scan of the back cover of my copy of the single - note that it DOESN'T list the radio edit on the tracklisting like the scan that's just been posted does. And the CD features the album version. It seems like we have two different variations here - I'd never noticed this before! Do other people that own this single have the radio edit version, the album version or both?

On a similar matter, I've heard mentions of a "Next Plane Out" cassette single but don't think I've ever seen a copy for sale or heard of anyone actually having it - does anyone on the forum have it?

I like the covers with mistakes (or wrong spellings). In this case, Phil Goldstone instead of Phil Galdston...

Poorijan, can you confirm that on listening to the CD it is definitely the radio edit version? (the radio edit should have a 4:37 running time, compared to the standard 5 mins of the album version)

Thanks. This is a new one on me too! I can't believe I may be on the hunt for a new Next Plane Out!!

i swear mines the radio edit coz it just starts straight away into 'i listen to the sound' and no thunder etc before hand. i cant remember if mine lists 'radio edit' or not on the sleeve?
