Celine may be in Venice for Morricone's tribute concert?

An Italian newspaper announced today Céline will be in Venice, Italy on September 10-11, 2007 for a special tribute concert to Morricone. Many other artists are scheduled to appear: Andrea Bocelli, Laura Pausini... She will sing "I Knew I Loved You".

i hope she'll take this opportuinity to record some tv shows for the release of her english album....she wont be able to be in europ for the release but if she is there in september it can be the perfect time for the promotion of the new single and the new album :whistling:

if it's true and she'll do all the way to italy for this event - she'll probably sing some of her songs too...she wont go there just for that 1 song . maybe they r really thinking about the promotion of her new english album this time :wink:

We know she'll be in France in October, so it's possible. But how reliable can this paper be, if they couldn't even get her picture right?! :glare: I don't think I've ever seen a paper putting a picture of Celine that was not Celine :glare:

Aha, ok. I've always wanted to see Venice, but this year I have Vegas to visit and European tour tickets to buy, so no can do.... Maybe she'll come and love it so much she'll decide to include Venice in her tour and I'll go then! :clap:

What does it say about the television broadcast? Can you translate that?

On Ticketone they only have presale tickets for September 10th , nothing for the 11th

It says it's not so hard to have it on tv coz it 's supposed to be such a great event so they dont know it yet if it will be live or taped for TV. Yeah on ticketone they sell just 1 night the one i think just with morricone on 11 there will be guestes as far as i can understand let's hope for more info :flowers:

Somehow I'd like to go, it's only 4 hours with the train from here, and now that il ragazzo polacco wants to dump me I think I will have a lot of free time in September :whistling: , but better wait for official confirmation. I don't want to go there and suddenly it's Lara instead of Celine :giggle: :wacko:
