They're accepting their (+Alanis Morrisette's) award for..uhm..International Achievement Award..

 

"Sharing the glory, Celine raises the hand of chart hunting fellow Canadian Shania Twain as she and the country star receive a special award for international achievement at the 1997 Junos, Canada's highest musical accolade. "I hear your music and it feels so good inside", Celine told her sister-in-song.

I think this is the classic Celine Dion look. It's how she looked during the time she climbed to superstardom. Even though she looks SO much better now, I still look at this look as THE Celine look.
