What scares me is how different celebrities can look after hours of makeup and photoshop/airbrushing, and the way most of society just seems to really believe that everyone should look that way! It's not real at all. It's kind of sad, the pressues it puts on everyone. I'm not saying don't wear makeup, heck, I have a whole drawer full of it...I'm just saying it shouldn't be a shock to the world, or even worthy of a tabloid cover to see celebrities looking....normal! I will shut up now.

And Céline's pretty even without makeup. I mean she's STUNNING with makeup on, but even without it, very pretty. Plus there are other things that make her so beautiful than her face and the possible makeup on it.

I think that Celine is definitley gorgeous, outstanding, beautiful, wonderful, pretty with or without makeup on. I love her either way. Oprah now...she's a diff. story.

ok, of course she lookes a lot better with make-up, but i think all women do, don't we?

 

and i think it's great she even does interviews and videoclips without make-up! that shows that she's human and she's not all made up aaaaall the time! i don't know a lot of superstars that do this! most of the others always look perfect, but céline is normal and so she also comes out of her hotel without make up and poses for pictures with her fans!

I think that vacation was after the D'elles photo shoot... so the Botox was probably still in effect. But I don't really remember so don't take my word for it. In any case, she looks amazing there... and at the beach, so definitely no make-up

 

 

And also, I was watching an old interview today from 1998 when they asked her about paparazzi... she mentioned the no make-up pictures. She said she didn't enjoy it, but she understands why she has to live with it.

Celine looks fine without makeup, but the more years of wearing it, the more changed our skin tone and other things about our faces become. It's like once you start, you have to keep piling on more to get the same look as the years pass. So men, you aren't the fairer sex. Because if we didn't put it on in the first place, you wouldn't know the difference. It is societal values that put pressure on us as women to become society's image of "beautiful". Celine would have been more "beautiful" without makeup if she wouldn't have put so much on in the first place. But Celine looks like herself without it and so we should see her as beautiful no matter what. After all, is it not the person inside who counts??????

Haven't we seen lots of pics of her without make-up? I love it that she goes without it so often. Better than those stars who never leave the house before calling their make-up artist. Make-up is for the job. Celiné is way too real and honest for that and luckily she has enough self-esteem to let people see that even she is only some random girl without all that make-up. I am glad to know that Celiné has bad hair days. Makes me feel better about mine.
