cilin Posted April 27, 2007 at 10:38 AM Posted April 27, 2007 at 10:38 AM 红网长沙4月26日讯（实习记者 朱青）继花儿乐队承认抄袭后，娱乐圈里的抄袭新闻可谓接连不断。近日推出新歌的刘力扬坠入“抄袭门”后，“快乐男声”的热身歌《Hello！Mr Super Boy》也因与celine dion(席琳迪翁）的《When The Wrong One Loves You Right》相似，身陷抄袭迷雾。据悉，作曲人刘岳也表示该曲创作过程中确实有借鉴成分。 《Hello！Mr Super Boy》涉嫌抄袭引口水仗 近日，在以“快乐男声”为主题的某知名网络论坛里，有网友爆出“快乐男声”的热身歌《Hello！Mr Super Boy》涉嫌抄袭celine dion(席琳迪翁）的《When The Wrong One Loves You Right》，并贴出两首歌曲的试听版本让大家鉴定。一时间，这首才面世不久的“快男”热身歌就身陷抄袭迷雾。 对于该网友发起的主题，不少网友都跟帖各抒己见。相对于以往大家众口一致的指责。此次网友们的反映则褒贬不一。大多网友都赞同两曲有相同之处、指责主办方把关不严的同时，也有人表示两首歌并不相似，“抄袭之说纯粹是吹毛求疵”。其中，自称“其实我不是粽子”的网友就力争听了多次仍未发现雷同。 今年各大选秀活动同期上档，各家主办方早就爆出“无间道”传闻，想必竞争也十分激烈。基于该种情况，IP为219.134.181.*的匿名网友对《Hello！Mr Super Boy》被指抄袭一事，十分有创意的分析是遭到竞争对手故意“犯黑”。 《Hello！Mr Super Boy》作曲人承认借鉴 对于作品身陷“抄袭门”，直接受影响的当然是创作者。在接受红网记者采访时，《Hello！Mr Super Boy》的湖南资深作曲人刘岳表示绝对没有抄袭过《When The Wrong One Loves You Right》，“但由于平时脑子里都会收集一些旋律，加上此次导演组要求的风格，可能很自然的就想起了一些旋律，难免会有一些借鉴的成分,但相似地方绝对不超过二个小节。” 音乐教授：相似程度够不上抄袭 对于此“抄袭”事件，记者随后联系到广播管理学院的音乐教授叶子雄。叶教授听完两首歌后表示两首歌确实有相似之处，“但《Hello！Mr Super Boy》中必须得有8个小节与《When The Wrong One Loves You Right》一样才算抄袭，由于两曲雷同处绝对达不到8个小节，所以算不上抄袭。” 叶教授还笑称现在网友或者听众都过于敏感，稍微相似就质疑是抄袭。“音乐创作人有时借鉴一些成功作品并不是错，希望大家给他们轻松一点的创作环境吧。” From：红网 歌曲试听 开头和结尾和声的部分是完全和Celine的歌曲一样 Quote http://image.jmrb.com/UploadImages/2004/09/17/images_20040917_103220_82830.jpg Welcome to My Chating Room & Visiting My Blog
