Tell Him album version & radio edit

Most Celine's single discography lists that Tell Him has two versions:

LTAL album version & radio edit version...

Is that the length of radio edit version shorten then album version?

But some people said that two versions are the same(That means there's no radio edit version!)

Does radio edit actually exists?

the radio version is the album version but with a small amount cut out! so as its not as long air play

It's the same length, except the Radio edit is MIXED by Celine's Humberto Gatica. There's hardly and audible difference, except one musical note.
