SNRQ debuts at the TOP of the official single chart in France. It's her biggest hit since Sous Le Vent in 2001 and her 5th no. 1 hit in France. No other female artist achieved such a single success there.

 

I find this deserves its own thread. Just to celebrate Céline's glorious comeback in France. It could not have been better! Way to go!

This is fantastic! I know we are all very proud of her. This song deserves to be number one--and I'm sure the album will too!

 

I've been thinking about it a lot--and I can't imagine how trapped Celine must feel in Vegas(someone said it before). To have the number one hit in France--and so much more to come. I would just want to get out of there and spread my wings! I'm sure she is getting the itch, with all this success.

 

She gave so much to Vegas for so long--but I think she's over committed herself to it. It's still a nice paycheck--and next year will be HUGE!
