Estas tres chicas, Ann Curless, Gioia Bruno y Jeannette Jurado hicieron algo que ni The Beatles ni The Supremes hicieron, y es llevar sus siete primeros sencillos al Top 10 de Billboard, récord que existe aún hoy. Gioia se enfermó de un tumor en las cuerdas vocales, por lo que fue reemplazada por Kelly Moneymaker en 1992, para su tercer álbum.
