ZoraSourit Posted April 7, 2007 at 01:27 PM Posted April 7, 2007 at 01:27 PM Hey guys, this is a topic about everything and anything really... lol I was going through a few of my VHS looking for the videoclip of La Religiouse (I've only gone through 6 vhs, I still have more than 50 to go thtough but no luck till now, sorry ). I only saw the vhs: One night only VH1; Céline Dion Night and Céline Dion Day... And still, I was amazed.I've been a fan of Céline since I was 7. I'm 21 now, so I've been a fan for a big part of my life: 14 years, almost 15. I've pretty much grew up listening to Céline and during that process I've never stopped to think about the timeline. But during these past few days, going through all those VHS... It's amazing to see all the stuff Céline has done and all the transformations she has gone though. On top of that I can feel and remember all the transformations I've been through also. And that's priceless lol I've gone from very happy to very sad, I've laughed and cried through my life, always having Céline as Original Soundtrack. But yeah, I don't know if I'm making any sense at all here. But for my it's still very crazy to think about Falling Into You or Let's Talk About Love and suddenly remember that that was 11 and 10 years ago... I mean lol THAT'S CRAZY! lol It seems like yesterday. And another thought... I really miss Céline in black and white... the videoclips from water from the moon, only one road, call the man, immortality... It would be interesting to see a new black and white videoclip again. Well, I was just in the mood to share my feelings and my thoughts... Anyone here seems to feel the same? And Céline has been into showbiz since a long time, she was pretty young and what amazed me more is that she could achieve things really fast, she's 39 years old and she can retire now and stil having the money for her grand children and so on hehhe and not only about material things --- she went through lots of things too, she lived so many things, and some of them went so fast that I bet she can't remember. I'm not a fan as so long as you, but I do feel the same. First time remember to listen Céline was when I was 10 or 11.. I think. My father had some Céline's song and used to listen... I didn't understand a word! I didn't know who she was, but I had one sure: I liked to listen to her music... Then with Titanic I started to get involved with Céline music ... And nowadays, I look at my souvenirs from her and I think: damn, this was in 99 ... As you said: It feels like it was yestearday ... and it's good, cuz it means that we are lovin' this so much that we don't feel the time passing by. Quote

I've been a Céline fan for the same time as you have, I'm almost 21 now and I was almost 7 by the time I listened to her for the very first time... my story is funny because Céline was all around me since that time and I realized that just some years later. I got to know who she was really around 1998, but she had been my soundtrack for such a long time... I guess I was only too little to care about those things, I just knew I love that voice so much!And I remember also how I have changed, how my life has changed and then I see how Céline is different too. I mean, not as a person, but how her life has changed too... And then I start thinking about the future and wonder how it's gonna be, but then I have a block because I don't wanna think of myself 10 years older. i'm really scared about it and I don't know why... But, on the other hand, time flies, because we're enjoying so much our lives ... Think on those days when you're boring and you look at clock every five minutes thinking: damn, times doesn't pass by.
