You're interested in aviation? If you need any advice on anything I can help. I'm working for a very well known flight school. Its been in operation for over 50 years and is just about the most prestigious in the world. (Air Force One pilots are trained here)

Lets see which of these are still true!!

1. I am currently recovering from a brain tumour. I'm almost back to 100%. I still get occasional bouts of dizziness I am now 100%. I got the all clear

2. I'm a published writer. 2 books of short stories and am currently writing an article for a magazine on my illness. The article was never published but I'm working on a book at the moment. A semi autobiographical novel

3. I love cars.... I had to give up my beloved Alfa when I got sick. I have driven all manner of cars in the past and have raced competitively in an MG racing series. Fun!! I hate driving in the states! I bought a bike instead!

4. I don't like Celine Dion in the slightest and only originally came on here to find interesting arguments... which I found... then found loads of nice people so I stayed! still true

5. I broke my jaw playing football last year and had to survive on nothing but liquids for 6 weeks. I lost 25lbs Yep!

6. I am moving to the US for a year as soon as my visa comes through. I'm going to manage an Irish bar in sunny Tampa The job fell through sadly. But I've found one with better hours!

7. Before I got sick I was learning to fly planesI will be back flying planes in 2 years!

8. I'm a sometime musician. I play 5 instruments and sing. Have only got a guitar over here at the moment, so I've been neglecting my music!

9. I love strawberry milk OH YEAH!!!!

10. I have 4 cell phones. I now have another 4!

11. I recently started going out with a girl. I met her in the hospital. She was paralysed from the neck down in an accident but is walking again. Amazing girl. In a long distance relationship at the moment with the same girl!

12. I have 56 cousins on my mothers side of the family 57 Now!

13. I once crashed a $175k racing car through a tyre wall at about 100mph. I wasn't hurt. Only damage to the car was a cracked radiator, broken windshield, broken front bumper and dented bonnet and roof. Turns out I also did some damage to myself, 2 broken fingers that I never really noticed

14. I can't drive for another 8 months.... grrr.... I don't want to drive with all these drunken loons on the road over here!

15. I love art. The tate modern gallery in London is my mecca I miss Europe

16. I support Liverpool FC in the English Premiership. I've been over to see them about 50 times in the last 8 years.I miss the pool.... come on you reds!

17. I hate mushrooms and olives ewww.....

18. I once had a nipple peircing that got pulled out in a game of football. I've now got a misshapen nipple hehe! yeah still a bit weird looking

Randomness...

1. I'm a vegetarian, but I hate most green vegetables.

2. One of my life goals is to climb up on to the roof, sit there, and write a song- but I'm too afraid of heights.

3. I have no idea what I want to do with the rest of my life. Only that I want to travel, have a family, some kind of career that can help others, and see Celine again.

4. I find cooking relaxing, but I have a strange need to try to invent products. Sometimes they taste good, other times, they do not.

5. I'm Catholic, and my conformation name is Matilda.

6. I named my pets: Valentine Whitney Celine Pecksie Flavian (a budgie), Mistletoe Charlie Carrie Noelle Judith (a cockatiel), Ruby April (a bunny), and Peter Lila Cottontail (another rabbit) because I thought it'd be funny to give really small creatures some really big names!

7. I don't like restaurants- being watched, and asked questions while I eat. I like sitting in my beanbag, in front of the Tv.

2) I'm just finishing my final year of school - A-Levels suck but 8 weeks til a whole year of freedom!!

They're not the same.

Ten facts about me:

1. I first noticed Céline when she sang at Eurovision back in 1988. I was very happy when she won!

2. I bought my first Céline Dion cd in the summer of 1992: "celine dion". Still my favorite Céline album!

3. I'm Dutch, part Indonesian, bit Chinese, little bit Belgian and some German mixed together.

4. I have a big love for animals, especially our four cats.

5. Besides Céline Dion, I love lots of other female vocalists. Especially Mariah and Madonna.

6. I'm a teacher. My husband works at the same school as I do.

7. We were the first men-couple in our area that got married (it made the newspapers).

8. I have lived in several parts of the world: Pakistan, Curaçao, Singapore, the Netherlands.

9. I looooooooooove to sing with the children in my class. Of course not Céline songs, but children's songs.

10. I also love to read to the children: the Bible, Fairytales and Madonna's books!

1. I live in Melbourne Australia but am originally from country Victoria, but I'm a bit of a city girl at heart.

2. I have loved Celine since Where Does My Heart Beat Now I was very little everybody thought it was strange when instead of being hooked to Sesame Street and Kid's programs I was hooked on Celine.

3. I was a closet Celine fan all through high school but I'm out and proud lol my friends despise her and think it's crazy I'm going to LA to see her.

4. My family is all from Italy making me Italian-Australian

5. I'm completely petrified of mice.

6. The thing I want most in life is to have children and be a great mum.

7. I'm at university studying to be a primary school teacher.

8. Like Celine I have a slight problem with shoes I have many of the same shoes in different colours can't help myself even if I don't have the money. And my recent indulgences include handbags.

I was just very careful of the way I used my mouth when I was around them! I had it pierced on a two week long school trip and so the swelling had gone down before I got home. My mum saw it one day when we were laughing together and I opened my mouth too wide, she was angry for a little bit but then kinda impressed that I'd lasted so long! lol :laugh:
