places for disabled

Hello,

 

I am from Belgium and i am using a wheelchair.

 

I saw that there are special places for disabled people. Are they well located?

 

With my electric wheelchair, I can't go alone over there, so I think that i won't be able to go over there

 

I want to go in the beginning of June (my birthday), so if anyone is going from Belgium to Las Vegas beginning June en wanting to help me, i would be very thankful!!!!!!
