Mac Posted March 10, 2007 at 10:05 AM Posted March 10, 2007 at 10:05 AM (edited) http://www.celinedion.com/AlbumData/album8/cover8.jpg 美国国家唱片商协会（NARM）和摇滚名人堂日前联合评选出了权威保证的200大最佳专辑。 这是一个相当引人关注的评选。这套名单收录了现代西方流行音乐史上最杰出的专辑和电影原声碟。而国家唱片商协会更是代表了美国7000家唱片店的意见！ 夺得第一名的是披头士乐队著名的《佩珀军士孤独之心俱乐部乐队》，接下来的是平克·弗洛伊德的《月之暗面》、迈克尔·杰克逊的《颤栗》、齐柏林飞艇的《IV》和U2乐队的《约书亚树》。 “权威200榜将敦促人们回忆起他们最喜欢的大多数歌曲都是一种独特艺术形式的一部分：专辑。”唱片商协会的主席Jim Donio说。 Donio解释了发布该榜的目的：“在唱片店和专辑销量出现危机的时代里，NARM则认为这是绝佳的时机来发布这个榜单，以此让零售商们来促销那些伟大的经典的专辑。之中没有任何‘精选’和‘最佳’的合集。我们要提醒列位我们认定的事实：专辑，和唱片店一样，绝对不会消亡。” 名单由NARM内部的音乐零售商委员会选出的，跨越了五十年。只有少数几名艺术家可以同时有几张专辑上榜。 Donio称：“在编纂这个榜单的时候，我们要求零售商们去考虑那些歌迷不断回头购买的作品，那些杰出的作品。这不仅仅关乎于销量，尽管销售好的专辑在这里也得到了明显体现。但这真的是关乎于音乐消费者对专门一张作品的热情和一张专辑所具备的在当前也能吸引新听众的持久能力。从近些年发表的流行、乡村、R&B、嘻哈专辑到多年前发表的摇滚、蓝调和爵士经典，权威200榜里的专辑是每个人都应该拥有的。” “摇滚名人堂基金会非常高兴能成为这个庆典的一份子，”名人堂主席Joel Peresman也讲道，“权威200榜表彰了各种各样的专辑类型，并鼓励音乐迷们去检视他们的唱片收藏，查漏补缺。许多在权威200榜里的专辑都是由我们已经引入和将要引入进名人堂的艺术家创作。事实上，今年3月12日的名人堂入主仪式上，就将表彰两位榜上有名的乐队：R.E.M.和Van Halen。” 在本榜单中，Celine Dion 1997年的著名专辑Falling Into You位列＃97。 Shania Twain 的 Come on Over 名列 ＃21, Whitney Houston 的同名专辑列＃46. Falling into You is Dion's finest attempt to temper that approach--mixing low-key love songs and dance pop between showstoppers such as "It's All Coming Back to Me Now" and the Up Close and Personal movie theme, "Because You Loved Me."
