Today Céline is said to be present and will sing songs with: Johnny Halliday, Merwan Rimm and Floren Pagny. Joss Stone and Norah Jones will be also there but not for duets of course.

 

Additional singers: K-maro, Mc Solar, Shy’m, Vita Dany Briand and El Club will also sing, too.

Gogo, all artists sung their songs in playback. Why should Céline be any different? It's a standard album special where songs are lipped. 100%.

I was there yesterday and it was a complete mess!

It took like 6 hours to record what you have read! I can't explain it very clearly in english but they had 2 blocks of recording and of course i was there for both.. The first 5 hours, they only repeat Marilou and Maurane and they kick us out of the studio..

After waiting 3 hours to comeback in the studio, they record the artist that you have seen on the list.. So many artist like Nolwenn, Joss Stone, Johnny Halliday and Norah Jones wasn't there yesterday and they told us they will be there.. And at 10h45pm, they kick us again out of the studio when Marilou, Shy'm, Laam and someone else were repeating for the song 'Proud Mary.. So nice to kick us 2 times! And we were there during 13 hours to see that!

But i will be there saturday for the recording of the Quebec version with Julie Snyder so i really don't care about my day of yesterday!!

One thing's for sure.... her English specials are definately better than her French ones.

 

Though I do hope one day one of her English specials will be like her French ones....with lots of other famous singers.

Don't think so, yesterday was only prestations and the songs were good!! In your living room all that will be like 20 min, not 13 hours LOL

And there will be a lot of duets so exclusive performances, sounds cool! And the special will be 120 min long, it was written on the ticket! And will be on TF1 June 9th

Yeah and he was so good!! I discover him yesterday and i'm totally in love with 'On s'attache'. He sing the song live twice because there was a problem but i don't know wich one but it was not him, i think it was a technical problem..

And everybody was singing live except Marilou and Merwan, i don't know why, maybe Sony..

 

And yeah like Ricky Martin on the 1F&4T special. Some of the artist will not have any link with Celine..

And i totally forgot, i think that MC Solaar (rap black french singer) will sing with Celine today with someone else!

Its always the same, many artists and Celine singing some songs, I dont like it at all. I want Celine there, its her special, only her, not others that I don´t care!

Did you read, someone from Community forum who went to the taping said she'll sing Caruso with Florent Pagny. Imagine that: Celine singing opera! Sure, it's a typical song, everyone sings that one, but for Céline it's like a premiere to sing such a song.

Céline or Amelka-Bambelka? Carauso is another song which has been very well sung in the past by Josh Groban and Larka Fabianka. I don't see Céline and surely NOT Florent Pagny-Jagny to do the song justice. It needs one voice, one powerful voice.
