It's so great she entered directly at number one and beat all those other so-called musicians! I hope she'll remain number one for a few weeks at least, the song is amazing, it really deserves it.

Lets hope the sales pushes up the airplay.

They deffo did the right thing releasing the song early.

With Celine not there to promote in person there is a lot less coverage of the whole album.

 

Hopefully the airplay will still increase now that it is number 1 in the charts and 9 in Europe charts.

 

When she comes to promote she will be able to perform her #1 hit SNRQ and a few others :-)

that's amazing considering it's a french single , not to mention the fact that it was not even released in most european countries .

i have to wonder tho whether this chart is based only on sales or radio impact also . it's strange if celine is at no 9 based on sales only - the single sold only around 10 000 copies so maybe they add the radio charts too

well it's a miracle she had a no 1 debut at all . she broke here a record - noone ever debuted in france at no 1 with such a poor number of copies sold , that's according to a report i read (she sold only 9400 copies) .

one word - promotion . or two words - no promotion

celine is not there to promote herself and didnt even record specials for other countries but france....dont expect her french singles from delles to be big anywhere outside of france and dont expect delles to be a huge hit outside of france .

i think delles wont be as big as her past french releases even in canada - from what we heard celine has no plans to record a special there or promote the album , not even in canada
