Just to update (because I've been getting a lot of PMs.. )... I haven't had time to do anything about taking orders for the tourbook. I'm totally swamped and it really does take a decent amount of time to buy everything, package it up, and ship it out. I don't want to take everyone's money until I know I can make a run to the store and get them right out to you.

 

So, for the record - I will start a new topic to take orders as soon as I can, and it'll have all the details - once I figure them out! LOL.

Erin, you are an absolute sweetheart for doing this for the fans.

 

Everyone who is ordering through Erin, I want to suggest that you should give her a bonus.

It takes a lot of time to get through that Vegas traffic, buy the books, pack them in boxes, and then wait in line at the post office to ship them. This is time consuming, so let's be generous.

everyone outside the US - do you think those padded envelopes would be good enough to send the book in? i've been looking around target, office depot and wherever else, and all the boxes are wayyyy too big for this thing... but there are padded envelopes that would be a good size. i just don't want the books to arrive all beat up how about if i wrap the book in bubble wrap and put it in the envelope (that is also lined in bubble wrap...lol)? do you think they'll get messed up? or is that good enough?? lol... once i figure out the packaging, i'll know the weight and we can get this thing going.

 

for everyone in the US - i'll probably use those flat rate Priority boxes because the book weighs so much it ends up costing the same and i'll get the boxes for free. I'll just have to use bubble wrap to fill the box so the book doesn't flop around. your books should arrive in fab condition in 2-3 days. woo

 

i'll start a new topic for the actual orders, but post here if you have advice on how to package the international orders!!

I got my book into a padded envelop and it was okay. But it arrives fast. I think if you wrap the book in bubble wrap it will be fine, very well protected. You can put a hard paper - I don't know how it calls in English - so it won't be bend.
