This is called the VTP (Vista Trasformation Pack). It appears to be an exact Windows Vista look-alike, but it in fact, is still running as the Windows XP operating sytem. It's sooo cool! I love it!! This transformation pack makes your PC look exactly like Windows Vista. But, all you need to have is Windows XP for this transformation to work.
