David Foster Month on Dutch National Radio

Dutch National Radio AVRO Radio 2 put up a David Foster Month this February.

In the 2-hours show “Steenen Tijdperk” (Stone Age) weekly on Sunday at 14.00 they have some special Foster songs and productions.

Here the first 2 of the 5 shows available as mp3 podcasts (in Dutch):

 

Podcast no.1: period 1972 - 1977 (among other things with Skylark, Sons or Champlin and Dolly Parton)

 

Podcast no.2: period 1978 - 1979 (among other things Bill Champlin and Earth, wind & Fire)

 

They’re also airing a special David Foster Channel on the internet. Streaming 224kbps High Quality almost all productions, songs, arrangements and more songs David was or is involved with.

I'm probably the only person here that's heard of Bill Champlin.!

 

One no two of my favorite David Foster produced albums are Chicago 16, and 17.

 

David is an awesome producer. Yeah he may come off as being an SOB but when it comes to music he does not play. This guy has an ear for talent.!

 

One of the things I like about David is his thoughts of Celine. He really believes in her. Much to say he was one of the people that helped her along the way.
