In 1993, Paul And Regine Velasquez Recorded the duet version... and Celine recorded this song between 97/98 with Paul? They Recorded The Song Both Spanish And English Version...But I'm Not Really Sure Who Sang The Very First Version... By the way, Spanish version ("Mejor decir adiós") was included on Paul Anka's album "Amigos" released on 30th July 1996 and English version was included on his album "A Body Of Work" released on 22nd December 1998. So the first version was in fact released already in 1996. Best greetings!
