celine angelil Posted January 10, 2007 at 05:33 PM Posted January 10, 2007 at 05:33 PM I was wondering if it's really worth the money to stay in ceasars? Are the rooms big and can you see the colosseum from your room 'cause that's very important to me and do you get something celineish when you leave? Can't wait till December Quote
SarahJB5 Posted January 10, 2007 at 06:00 PM Posted January 10, 2007 at 06:00 PM I DEFINITELY enjoyed my stay at Caesars! I stayed in the Forum tower, which is the only tower that you can see the Colosseum from, so if you book there make sure to specify that tower. Plus, it is SOOOOOOOOOO close to the Colosseum which is nice. The Forum tower is one of the older ones, so it is a little out dated, but still nice at the same time. I would say that it is an average size room though. I know it's expensive, but definitely well worth it. I think I will try and stay there in December! Scully Dion Posted January 10, 2007 at 11:44 PM Posted January 10, 2007 at 11:44 PM Or if you want to go cheaper - stay at Flamingos and request a strip view room, you'll see the collosseum from there. :-) Quote www.celinelasvegas.comCeline Dion and Las Vegas Travel Guide - follow me on twitter @celinelasvegas

Your best bet is The Flamingo. It is less than half the price and a strip view room is just as nice plus you get an amazing view of the strip where you can watch endless hours of Celine on the Collosseum advertisement boad and watch the fountain show at the Bellagio from your room. IMO Caesars is extreamly over priced. Quote http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b119/Piglot82/heartsig1.jpg
tativale Posted January 11, 2007 at 10:51 AM Posted January 11, 2007 at 10:51 AM I think the new tower is the only one that worth it. WendyB Posted January 11, 2007 at 01:06 PM Posted January 11, 2007 at 01:06 PM Last year we stayed at the Mirage, and we had a room looking towards Caesars - we could see the Colosseum and The Strip. We stayed at Caesars the previous year but, in my opinion, the Mirage is better. I've never stayed at Flamingo's but a friend has, and she rates it very highly. Quote
Scully Dion Posted January 11, 2007 at 02:21 PM Posted January 11, 2007 at 02:21 PM (edited) How much is the average price for a room can see both the Collosseum advertisement boad and watch the fountain show at the Bellagio?<{POST_SNAPBACK}> It all depends on when you book the average price is $70 on week night and about $120 on weekends - somewhere around that price is what I've usually paid. If you book at the right time or you're a total rewards member you can get rooms cheaper still. Its an extra $20 to get rooms with a strip view. Any of the rooms on that side of the hotel will more or less guarantee you a great view of the collosseum and fountains. Here's the view from Flamingos: Edited January 11, 2007 at 02:25 PM by Scully Dion Quote www.celinelasvegas.comCeline Dion and Las Vegas Travel Guide - follow me on twitter @celinelasvegas
