celine has co-written the lyrics of 'Don't save it all for christmas Day' and "Treat her like a lady" and the bridge to her first song "Ce n'était qu'un rêve".

 

She's also written the song "I'm gonna love you forever", wich later turned into Marc Dupré's "Tout pres du bonheur".

In her biography she talks about selfwritten songs (e.g. "Drop by drop"), but she herself doesn't believe in her ability to compose very much, René BTW thinks different!

Based on the SOCAN she won because of Tout prés du bonheur, I think she should change her mind!!

Beside what you wrote before, she's also credited as composer on the song "Grand maman" from her first album, "La voix du Bon Dieu".

Maybe Celine should write and release a song of her own. I mean like her VERY own. She doesn't think she's that good so she really has nothing to lose. If people like it, then she'll feel amazing and know she has more talent than she realizes. If people don't like it, it wouldn't hurt her pride since she doesn't feel she's strong in that department anyway.
