I have seen a similar situation, only the announcer wasn't exactly dissing Celine, but thinking that her show put people to sleep. The announcer, after the song of Celine finished, said that the music on her Vegas show would sometimes put people to sleep. Thinking that he was so funny, he laughed. I personally didn't think so. The local radio station has the most annoying announcers, and I have stopped listening to that station because of it. They think that guys like Mariah Carey, Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera and Ashley Simpson are the best while others like Shania Twain, Celine, and a host of others are not exactly all that. And I'd like to point out that to me it's definitely negativ if a singer needs to refrain to be naked to be successful. This is no prudery, it's because I'm interessted in good songs - not in perfect bodies... Quote

People don't pay AT LEAST $85 to go see Celine IN VEGAS (another few hundred bucks to get there if you're not already there) just because they want to throw money away. They go because they know that they'll experience something like no other. Something that will keep them on their feet. My brother's been to the show and he told me that it was great.
