I was just emotionally captured throughout. The way the film was produced, there was definitely SOUL, SOUL BABY!, in this film!!!! I was (and am) so blown away right now, I'm speechless. It was an absolutely magical film. I can't describe it. You gotta see it yourself! Next to all this, this movie made me realize more and more how much I want to achieve and pursue my own dreams! Actually, it's currently on limited release, meaning it's only shown on select theatres across the country. Maybe soon, it will be opened up to more theatres, due to its heavy demand. I hope you get to see it soon! Let me just say this: there's one amazing part by Jennifer Hudson, that people in the audience actually stood up to give her a standing ovation! I've seen clips of Jennifer Holiday doing it on Broadway and she was incredible. So for Hudson to step in like that & be fabulous is great.
