It just happened recently when Bill Gates introduced something. You know this remnded me (around X-mas time) of my recent encounter with the BSOD when I was in the post office. I used that automated machine to mail out my package, after I inputted the zip code, the blue screen of death came up and the whole machine was halted It's a common occurence.
