Narnia: Limited 4-Disc Extended Edition DVD Set

The official Narnia site has released details and images of the 4-disc limited edition DVD, which will become available on December 12th for only seven weeks. Although many of the special features are the same as the ones that appear in the 2-disc special edition, there are several new featurettes on discs 3 and 4. The new cut of the film contains 10 extra minutes of footage.

 

UPDATE: According to ComingSoon.net, Disney presented a very brief extended edition scene of the final battle at Comic-Con which featured "new bat gargoyle-like creatures attacking." AWN reports that Producer Mark Johnson shared some of the new footage and vfx being worked on for the special DVD release. He also promised fans that PRINCE CASPIAN will be just as exciting as the original NARNIA adventure.
