They flopped not because of lack of promotion. But because of Shakira herself (although I do love her ). If Céline promotes her 2 albums with the half of Shakira's exposition to the media, she will be #1 all over the world. You know Céline needs few appearances to be #1.

Well, actually both Shakira´s FO1 & OF2 have been very succesful. Both cd's have sold more than 12 million (and continues selling strong), she has sold millions of digital downloads. Furthermore, she had two worldwide mega hits: "La Tortura" (most succesful spanish song on billboard charts ever), and "Hips Don't Lie" (16 weeks at number 1 on the united world chart, most succesful song ever on that chart). Also, she has right now one of the most succesful tours of the years, and two singles coming up. ...Don't get me wrong, I just love shakira!! I really hope for celine's next albums to be as or more succesful, it would be awesome for her to release smash singles with big promotion. I think the best think to do would be to release the french album in october and the english album in decembe, maybe the week "a new day" ends, or in february or march so that the album could have wider media promotion, and give time for the french album sales to took of.

all i have to say is that Celine is so beautiful!! And I wish her all the best in the future! Although we may miss her departure, Celine deserves the time away from the spotlight and to be a mommy again! Good Luck Celine!

On a side not I thought she looked SPLENDID. Bettter than ever. I loved the natural look. It's SO Céline Dion, dark is HER colour as much as white. Yet in stylish black she always reminds me of the D'eux Céline...so puuuuurrrfect! So mysterious. So her. I bet the new French album will evolve around a mysterious dark Céline...awwww. Baby I just melt away fall like rain!

According to the American television show Extra, Céline Dion wants to have a second baby as soon as she finishes her show A New Day at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.

 

The singer of the song I'm Alive expressed, "I have one more year left of this show, after that I hope to have another child. I would love to have another child, but to have it on that stage is not the best thing to do so let me do one thing at a time."

 

The 38-year-old singer is married to René Angelil, her manager and producer.  Dion does not know what is waiting for her when she finishes in Vegas.

 

The Canadian artist added, "It's almost over, even though there's one year left. I already feel that it's going to be hard when we say goodbye."

Its because of poor lighting.  She's usually lit much better and the wrinkles and sagging skin don't look as apparent.  But if you look at her mom she has the same thing going on...corners of the mouth and jawline.  Nothing will fix that but a little nip tuck

Hey, don't be so selfish! YES, the baby news is more important for Celine than her new albums! She's not a singing machine, but a human being who's tired & wants to have a normal life! If you really love her, you should understand that!

 

As far as her look on Extra is concerned... I'd say, yes, she does have some wrinkles on her face and around the eyes, but she always had wrinkles, even when she was much younger... And probably on Extra she looks a bit older than her real age, but definitely STUNNING!!! I LOVED the way she looked there!!! I don't know how to express... mmm... she's so mature, serious & confident... A REAL WOMAN!!!
