stevethefan Posted October 7, 2006 at 10:38 PM Posted October 7, 2006 at 10:38 PM I apologize if this has already been reported: A few days ago I was waiting to get my oil changed and I picked up the only magazine they had in the waiting area, a recent PEOPLE magazine with Steve Irwin, the crocodile hunter guy on the cover. As I'm reading the articles I came across an article about a famous chef, and next to the large picture of him I saw a smaller inset picture of Celine so I had to read the article. Forgive me if I get the name of the chef wrong but I think his last name is Boucheron, or something close to that. The restaurant is his last name. He's a world renowed chef who has restaurants in NY and Las Vegas. There was a quote from Celine basically saying that her and Rene often enjoy going to his restaurant and having the famous SIXTEEN COURSE tasting menu! I know those portions are probably small but I can't imagine Celine eating sixteen courses. Maybe they share! It was a nice surprise to see that article while I was waiting. Quote

If money is truly no object, you owe it to yourself to go here. Some of the superlatives from reviewers: the best restaurant in Las Vegas; one of the best restaurants in the United States; one of the best French restaurants in the world, outside of France. Its 16 course tasting menu consists of dishes that are as beautifully presented as they are tasty. Oh yeah, about the money is no object thing: the sixteen course tasting menu runs $350, plus wine and tip. Quote
