I think Celine approached the song very admirably, and her performance of it was very true. particularly her acknowledgment that it's not for her to understand but to help. And I'm not only talking about a commercial obligation. She has the moral obligation to release it, promote it and make this song known. All the women, children and families that know violence deserve it. Oh I actually really think so. The lyrics of this are real, powerful lyrics not insincere half sappy lyrics, and they can definitely mean something to some one. SINGLE, I SAY. I hope for Celine that she'll gain confidence for this song. She's so adorably insecure in that video when she talks about the song. I think she has to loose that, because here she's got a song that allows her to channel all her feelings and let them burst out in a 3-something-minutes piece. That only works if she's confident enough with it.I also think Ben Moody's style is like going back to "ze good ol' timez": heavy string orchestration, heavy rhythm section and powerfull vocals layered over it. It's pure glam rock. From the songs I've heard so far, his (Alone + This Time) are really outstanding. There's so much energy going on.---------------------Ugh, and yes. I hope The Reason I Got On will be available in Europe too. Céline's Blues Posted October 25, 2007 at 11:22 AM Posted October 25, 2007 at 11:22 AM Walter Afanasieff, Peer Astrom, Babyface, Bryan Michael Cox, Jean-Pierre Ferland, Christopher Neil, Ne-Yo, Linda Perry, Nicolas Porte et Timbaland auraient également travaillé avec la star. I regret Ferland's song "No One Kisses Like You" isn't part of the album but I can certainly see why. It's all about rockish sounds and not romantic ballads - although I certainly think "No One Kisses Like You" would be hell better than "World To Believe In" as the only typical ballad of the album. Songs that have been recorded with: Ferland, Michael Cox, R.Kelly and Babyface as well as one song from Moody have remained unreleased. Perhaps One Heart bis in 2008? With all the b-sides. In many ways it reminds me of Christina Aguilera's songs about how her life growing up with an abused father... The song is so powerful and in many respects could become a pop anthem for thousands to believe in... I hope Celine uses Oprah as a stage to announce this song even further. They need to release this song as a single... it would be injustice not to. Quote

I think Celine would do a great job! my first thoughts about the music video would be that celine is not acting. there will be other actors just like ANDHC or others.... but if celine will be good in acting, i think that might open the doors to Hollywood... cause to act that kind of roles will be tough Quote
