If you want to add a link for visitors to rate and review your site, use the following code:

http://www.celinedionforum.com/topsites/index.php?a=rate&id=YOUR ID&do=form

Replace YOUR ID in the code with the ID for your website

For example:

http://www.celinedionforum.com/topsites/index.php?a=rate&id=88&do=form
