Céline's tour schedule is already planned. She's coming to NYC in Summer 2008 according to Jenna. René and Céline are planning heavily ahead. Heavily! We already know René engaged the same old tour manager she worked with on her 1998 tournee and he is preparing the European dates.

 

So going on tour after the English release in March is a wise idea actually. I smell a hit.

 

And now we see she won't be doing an European-tour only. It's VERY tough of her, tho. I hope she will make big breaks between dates. This seems like a real major world tour, folks! The first one since 1998's "Let's Talk About Gathering Some Money For My Sabbatical Tour"!

I would like to believe it, monsieur! I'll believe it when she releases that jazz album at last!

 

I am just reading that there will be exclusive ticket pre-sales for O2 customers for concerts in the O2-World-Arena in Berlin. This is the first time I am glad being an O2 customer. I wonder if she'll be the first singer ever to perform there as the arena will be finished just in time for her 2008 tournee.

I wonder if her tour after Vegas will be like her tour dates in 2002 where she did not do a full Celine Dion concert, but only a mini concert of about 4-6 songs within a concert that others perform in also...kind of like the Wango Tango concert.

Wow, good. Thats sth new to know. But I think she and René will take a rest and raise another child before starting a huge worldtour.

 

By the way, it will be good to all the fans around the world who didn't have the opportunity to go Vegas and see her performing.

Ideal promotion for the English album's release in March 2008.

 

Seems that she will begin her tour in Europe exclusively, which would be a nice salute to Europeans!

What do you mean she would sing in Berlin with songs unreleased? The album would come out in March or Feb like ANDHC was supposed to be released. She would begin the tour in April. I don't see what's wrong with that. It would be such a good support for the album in Europe.

 

Bellamy, I think they made a HUGE mistake when they didn't ask Céline to perform in Peking during the Olympics. This would be such a promotion. I truly hope she will be there during the opening Ceremony. Or the closing one for that matter.
